The lives of all three have now become inextricably intertwined, with mutual forgiveness and a hastily agreed unity of purpose their only practical options. Through a series of misadventures, they've found themselves confronting a network of women-traffickers who'll stop at nothing to protect their interests and expand their empire. If that means torturing Prem to death, and introducing Ursula and Nasreen into 21st century sex-slavery, so be it. How did they get from one (fairly run-of-the-mill) state of affairs to the (off-the-wall and utterly terrifying) other? And just what is the 'weird problem of good' anyway? Don't ask me.
