Self-Love is very important when you are going through tough experiences. I understand that Sometimes these situations can be unbearable but, acknowledge that feeling of hurt and pain, do not get stuck in it, believe that the situation will turn around, make positive changes one step at a time, hold on, be patient because tough times don't last but tough people do.
