Dark Humour

*What is dark humour* Dark humor is an emotional poetry book, the book comprises of 45 poems majority of which are really dark and deeply emotional, but as you reach the end of it you begin to experience the lighter and more encouraging words. *How does it benefit people* The book will help people deal with certain problems that they may face in life. The whole idea is centered on how I went through dark times and was able to come out strong. So Basically the book is there to help you understand that it doesn't matter what you may go through, at the end of the day you will come out stronger and better than before. *What should the readers expect to find?* The readers should expect to find a source of inspiration, motivation and encouragement. It is not everyday that you get to learn from the experiences of others and actually find life solutions but the book looks to give just that. Also some of the poems are as interesting as they are entertaining *Why did I write dark humour* Dark humor was a way for me to express my deepest emotions without actually having to come out and openly say this is what I am going through. I went through some really difficult times and being someone who is not good with speaking out, the book really helped me to cope and recover. At first I was not very sure how I was going to deal with what I was going through and the idea of writing poetry never crossed my mind, but the a friend of mind who had some similar experiences told me about how art helped him to move on I decided to give it a try and that was when I wrote *is it worth it?* I continued to write more pieces and realised that it was actually helping me to let out all the emotions
